Saxe’s Charitable Requests Procedures

Dear Friends,
 
Each year we are blessed to budget resources to contribute to worthy causes such as yours. We manage the many requests we receive through this website and appreciate your efforts to help those less fortunate in their time of need. This is our criteria in considering requests: you must be a local organization, individual, company or church. Donations to national organizations are not considered, as the Saxe family personally identifies and contributes to those near and dear to them.

Donations may consist of  gift certificates, chefs assistance, services offered, discounted services, outdoor services and use of designated areas of our facility or equipment. We ask that you submit a request
via our online form and include the details concerning your particular worthy cause. Please include  the date and site of your event, contact name, phone number and mailing information thirty days in advance of  your special event. It is our desire to support as many requests as we are financially able and will respond to all requests within 14 days, via mail or e-mail. Only requests presented through this channel will be considered. All requests will receive a reply that follow these guidelines.

We are honored and pleased  to be a part of  your personal efforts, making a difference in the lives of others.
Our menu’s and banquet ballroom information is available for your consideration on this website for current or future fundraising efforts.
